Sandra L Jean is the CEO and Founder of the Jean Consulting Group, LLC. Sandra spent more than two decades as a senior executive in the corporate world, including Fortune 500 companies. She founded the company to help small and medium business owners enjoy the benefits of having a General Counsel & Senior HR Executive at their disposal for a fraction of the cost. A driven Attorney and employee relations Executive with extensive experience in labor and employment relations, focusing on human resources compliance, metrics management, and leadership development in the private and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise in EEO compliance, employment law, and negotiations are highly valued. In addition to being a highly-respected and sought-after Conflict Resolutions, Strategist, Sandra has served as the Chief Legal and People Officer for multiple startup companies. One of her passions is partnering with entrepreneurs to develop and implement companies’ foundational structures, including establishing a governance structure and advising leadership teams. Sandra’s other life-long passion is community service. She serves on various boards, as well as serves as a panelist and speaker.
